This sandwich was stale and tasteless. How does a $11.00 sandwich turn into a 32.00 bill. I couldn’t be more disappointed! The only thing good about this was your delivery person. UGH!

I placed an order at this location online. I went on my LUNCH BREAK to pick my food up and my sub was horrible. The bread was hard, it was oily, and had a lot of mayo. Nothing in which I ordered. I proceeded to ask if they could simply remake the sandwich. The 2 young ladies told me no and I would need to call corporate to get a refund. Appalled to say the least. I asked to speak with a manager and no one was in. I demanded they contact him because I wasn’t leaving without either my money or a remake of the sandwich. The manager called and gave them the ok to remake my sandwich. I’m trying to figure out why would the manager need to okay this?! I spent my money and my time on my lunch break to come to this establishment and this is the treatment I get? I spent my whole break in there for something that could have been easily resolved. Subway please do better for your customers and find new employees and management. I can’t even believe the manager had me tell him what I don’t like about the sub. It shouldn’t have matter it should have been an apology given for the inconvenience. There is 2 other places I could go to and get better service but I choice this place. Disappointed!
