Wonderful food, amazing atmosphere. BEYOND HORRIBLE SERVICE. One waitress for 11 tables. Out of soup by 12:30…Waitress stated staffing is based off the weather temperature. Date of service 02/19/2022. I guess don’t eat here in the cold. Beyond disappointed glad we didn’t bring our son.

A very cute and charming place, the service was terrible. After waiting in the door way for a bit , the waitress did acknowledge us and told us to be seated at a table right by the door, I asked if we could sit at a table further in the Cafe , it was a dirty table and she stated it would be about 10 minutes before she could get to it. We were fine with this , she never came to clean the table after waiting for 20 minutes, I eventually motioned to her and she stated she forgot about us and said," that is what happens when you sit at a dirty table" .Unfortunately we did not feel welcome and made the decision to leave and will not be returning.

We visited Jack's Cafe in search of a beautiful farm to table experience. We absolutely found it. The salads were made with fresh greens from the garden. The chilled chai tea was absolutely delicious. The moist Almond cake was 100% worth …Thanks for the great review, Becca. We hope to see you again real soon!
