First two trips to drop off were great, worker was friendly and helpful. Third trip on Sunday, Aug 29 was not good. Worker did not help, wouldn’t let us put items on bottom shelf of cart or set in floor as we unloaded, told us we could take our stuff elsewhere if we didn’t like it. Fourth trip on Monday Aug 30, no problem. Fifth trip on same day and worker from Sunday was there, watched us unload while standing inside the door making comments “oh they are back, I guess they didn’t want to go somewhere else” etc. RUDEST person I have ever met at a Goodwill!

Friendly staff that happily took my donations and offered me a receipt, was able to drive right up and unload and then head on my way. Very convenient.

We just moved to this area and everyone at this location is so nice and super helpful. Willy usually answers the phone and always in a good mood or he seems to be. They help you take stuff out of your vehicle and that’s a big deal for a woman like me! Thanks you so much, you’re appreciated !!!
