Funny story: I came in here yesterday to kill time while waiting for the rest of my dinner guests to arrive at the nearby Outback. I'd acquired four or five items to try on in the fitting room. None of them worked out. I placed them on the go-backs rack and then picked up these incredible pants. They have changed my life. I'm giving Revolve three stars because most of the prices are just ridiculous, especially considering the wear on some of the clothes. The customer service was also lacking and left quite a bit to be desired. I find that this shop isn't really size-inclusive either. If you want to shop secondhand, there are far better places that will provide a better experience in the area. However, on occasion you may come across a few items that are great finds but it's rare.

Look, all you people giving nasty reviews are be ridiculous!! The girls there are Very friendly, and helpful. I've gone there every week for over a month now, and I haven't seen any of the negative things that other people have complained about, not from any of the girls. In fact, on the contrary. I find them to be very nice, and all the other boutique shops have had the people with nasty attitudes. I give this place 5 stars. Friendly people, inviting atmosphere, and good hidden gems all over the store. .. STOP HATING!

This place is a dump! Had one bad experience, let it slide. Called prior to coming 2nd visit and was told they were excepting clothing. Had 3 bags of nice clothing and jewelry, said they could not take one item, thier inventory was full. I called 1 hour before coming and was told they were taking cloths today! That changed quickly after I spent $10.00 in gas to drive there. Upon picking up cloths girls behind counter after seeing me upset were being sarcastic after explaining that I just called to make sure they were taking inventory. They will still not let you use bathroom and masked like we are in a full blown pandemic, like 2 years ago. What was really upsetting was I could see they were laughing as I left telling me to have a nice day! Place is run down and had in odor. I would not waste my time or effort in trying to exchange or get cash for any of your things. They asked if I would donate though,lol. Ya right!

This place is the best. Great little second hand shop with pretty high quality clothing, shoes, purses and accessories to choose from. I go frequently to check out what new gems they get in. They have everything pretty organized in sections which is nice and convenient. The one down fall is that they don't allow you to use the bathroom. Besides that though great, cute and clean little place. Oh and they have a vintage section as well which is pretty cool.
