Great service! I bought an engagement ring from a private party and we met at Michael's to prove authenticity. The owner Mindy authenticated the ring for me, and confirmed it was made there by Diamond Dave, so after purchasing it I was asking her about resizing it and adding a wedding band to it. She set me up with an appointment, no problem for the following week, which was best for me. At the appointment Mindy was top notch! She gave it to me straight and didn't beat around the bush. (After all when you go to a store like that you're looking for quality service and craftsmanship all around, which I feel I got.) For being one, if not the oldest jewelry store in AK and being locally owned, I'm extremely happy with my decision to give Michael's Jewelers my business.

Dave and Mindy are so kind and helpful to find the best ring. They also have a great selection to choose from and can make custom rings. I would highly recommend Michel's Jewelers to anyone who wants to wow the girl of their dreams.

Amazing customer service. Ring and wedding band was custom order and the results was amazing. My fiancé was so happy with her custom ring. Best jewelry store in Alaska. I Will definitely be coming back in the future for more jewelry .

PHENOMENAL JEWELRY STORE AND SERVICE! My husband bought my engagement ring from Michael's and it is so incredibly beautiful! We later got both wedding bands from them as well and the quality continues to exceed our expectations. Mindi is extremely helpful and also so sweet and kind. My husband and I recently PCS'd out of Alaska and Mindi continues to provide us with phenomenal service. She even spoke with USAA to ensure the insurance on my wedding set was implemented properly.
