I don't like giving one stars, I really don't. But, when you hire people just so you can keep the doors open, it shows. Really rude and insensitive employees at this location. The little raggedy drive thru can only hold 4 cars at a time and they still take about 10 to 15 or more per order. And when you get the food, oh boy, here comes more sadness. Soggy buns, burnt meat, limp lettuce and rotten tomatoes is all you get!! I know, I know. I just should go somewhere else and don't go there anymore. But , I thought that you are supposed to take care of your customers, not run them away. And thats exactly what they did. They ran me away.

We had to wait in line for 45 minutes, then when we got our order it was wrong, we ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and they gave us 2 hamburgers. Worst experience at a rallys ever.

Love Rally's. Been overlooking any issues I've had due to the fact they don't have enough employees. It's hard out there right now. We need to understand that as customers. Always been my favorite fast food.

Worst food I’ve had, when we got to the window the guys response was “whatchu looking for” at that point already knew this was going to be a horrible time. Ordered a bbq bacon mother cruncher and only got some raw looking bacon on it ? The chicken is hard. The fries were cold and flavorless, ordered a fish it was soggy and cold when we got it. Also got mozzarella sticks that were soggy and the flavor was just horrible and so greasy. Do not recommend sadly.
