I called to have a Cuban pressed all the way even asked for my name but when I get here they don’t know what I’m talking about smh horrible business food don’t even taste the same I seen a roach crawl across the glass

As a black person I can not appreciate these people at all. I truly feel like the employees treat the black community completely different from the Hispanic community. The pretending to not speak English, the EXTREME NASTY attitudes, the price variations. I hope the gentrification shuts them down very soon. Appreciate your customers!

I've been coming here for about 10 years. Never had a bad meal. Great Cuban sandwiches and the lunch plate gives me 2 meals. Ownership has changed, but I haven't had anything but good service.

Purchased Cuban platter for Halloween Festies, as I've don previously for years until this new owners took over. I ask cashier were they the same owners, she said yes but another store patron said no not same owners after order taken. Already made did not want to waste so decided to take. But the Cubans 2inches of bread with 1 piece of Turkey folded and cut, cheese 1/2 pickle, very little mayo/mustard. Alot of bread only! Very poor quality, so embarrassing at a party. Will not ever use again!!!
