Literally just walked and was told to go to the back to get my eyebrows waxed. I sat there and waited 20–30 minutes while the lady sat on her phone doing nothing. I got up and left no one said a word other than them speaking their language to each other which I’m sure they were talking about me. Very unprofessional and they weren’t even busy, it’s ok to turn down service when you don’t want to service someone it’s that easy don’t waste my time.

Sometimes there's a wait, and the service is well worth waiting for. When I was shopping in another area of town, I gave in to the temptation of convenience and went into the spa nearest at the moment. The pedicure I got there was not near as thorough as AJ's and didn't last half as long. If you want it done right, go to AJ's. If you want a fair price, go to AJ's. The quality of their services far exceeds the cost.

Hit or miss and lately a miss. I’ve only gotten pedicures there. Sometimes the wait is too long and I’ve had to leave. Other times the paint job is just bad. Like not painting my entire nail, leaving some paint from my last pedicure on the sides of my nail, and one nail not getting a 2nd coat. For a $40 gel pedicure I’d expect a little better. Not very clean either. Plenty of other nail places in Tampa.

Second time coming in and seeing tony! I absolutely loved my nails and he is great person also. Always talks to you instead of just doing your nails while you sit there.
