I've been to plenty of nursery's in this area, but this one blows them all out of the water! Green and lush with a an awesome selection, I was waiting for Tarzan to swing out of the trees! The employees were knowledgeable, professional and kind. With a special shoutout to Forrest, Kaitlin and Emily, You're the BEST!!!!! Next time I'm there, I'll talk to the boss about that raise you guys deserve!

Purchased an expensive tree (+$450 ) with delivery to our home. Tree arrived and 2 out of the three main branches were not looking good. Dried out, cracks no buds etc. I contacted RLN and they said it was OK, give it a while to grow. Two out of three main branches never grew and completely dried out and died. They again told me to wait a year and see if it "recovered". Entire tree now dead and dried out. After multiple requests for a replacement "healthy" tree, they now say "Oh, it was Mother Nature that did this (NO, it was delivered in poor health) and we'll give you a $75 credit that expires in 68 days!" Seems RLN does not warranty their own trees and knowingly deliver dead ones and simply don't care. STAY AWAY FROM RLN! Don't get scammed by their goods and receive dead/dying trees with NO WARRANTY. SOOO DISAPPOINTED IN RLN. Will Never return, nor buy, nor recommend RLN to anyone. They had their chance to send a healthy replacement tree, I gave them several options over several weeks to replace it, yet, they don't care and don't honor their sales. Do you want to get in the same position? NO, Go elsewhere for your healthy trees. RLN, you brought this review on yourself for sending a dead/dying tree to me and not being professional enough to admit your mistake and send out a healthy replacement. Last two pics are of the dead tree as we ripped it out and replaced it with a Healthy tree from another nursery. You can see the root ball never sprouted any new roots. Pulling up on the trunk and the entire tree came right out of the ground. That sir, is a dead delivered tree! It was so dry, it was kindling. Don't let them deliver this type of tree to your place.

I LOVE this nursery! We recently purchased Areca palms, river rocks, mulch and sod from Royal and we are beyond happy with the experience and end results! The sod and palms are growing great! The nursery has so many varieties of plants and is organized so well, it’s fun just to walk around! The entire team at Royal are so friendly and knowledgeable, it was a joy to interact with everyone! Next spring I’m re-doing the landscaping in the front yard and look forward to using Royal Landscape & Nursery for that project!
