If you hate your parents put them here under this new management. My grandfather was placed there when there was better management. The new management there does not care. My aunt took him out of there in November because he hated it there. We went to get his things after them holding it for three months and having to pay for the three months that they were basically stealing his things. We went through his stuff and majority of it was not his and if it was it had so much rat poop on it. Definitely wouldn't place my worst enemy there.

I was at hanna oaks I wouldn't place my dog there. It is roach and mice infested. House keeping did all they could. Then they had the nerve to ask for 1800.00 cause we didn't give 30 day notice. Stay away from there its horrible. Who could continue there with that infestation, the food was gross I lost weight glad I'm back home.

For everyone looking for an affordable ALF I highly recommend Hanna Oaks. The purpose of Hanna Oaks is to provide quality care with compassion and love, while working to keep cost affordable. The staff exceed these expectations.

We have a family member who has been in Hanna Oaks for over a year now. She Loves it there, everyone is so nice to her. It isn't the newest or the best looking place, but this is what she can afford. She is well cared for and loved by the staff members. We can't ask for anything more.

The new owner is working on changing things.

How is the management now? Are things being renovated? What about the good and staff? Trips? Smoke breaks? Going outside? Etc.

I haven't seen any renovations. I do see people from the front unit outside smoking. I don't think there are any trips.
