We came here because we wanted breakfast for dinner and Big Boy is the place to go. The experience we had was far from excellent. The server brought us cold water for hot tea. My husband asked for hot water and she brought it back but told us she put it in the microwave. We ordered ham and cheese omelettes. They were not completely cooked and very greasy as were the hash browns. It was apparent that she had other things more important to do than wait on us. We are visiting here for the weekend and I can guarantee that we will never be back.

2 Big Boy combos and 2 🍓 pie babies. $30.00 for lousy food? If you're going to charge premium price the food should be fresh and hot. This was neither and we went at 545pm! It seems the prices continue to increase but the quality suffers. Not a good recipe for success! Go down the street to Chic Filet. They seem to have it figured out.

I had the fish sandwich platter with fries and Cole slaw and it was great. A lot of food and a great price under $10.00. Seating and service was fast and waitress was friendly and efficient. Salad bar was stocked/full and fresh, soup was hot. The outside parking lot and interior was neat and clean. Low noise level inside. Everyone, to include the customers, were friendly and happy. I will go back and try their Friday seafood special. Check them out!

When I arrived around 9a Saturday morning the breakfast buffet was missing 3/4 of the food. I was seated promptly within 5 minutes of arriving, although the waitress was not pleasant and didn't seem to want to be at work. The buffet was slowly stocked within the next 30 minutes, during which time I was told the coffee I ordered when seated was still brewing. I was told the same thing 4 times during that 30 minutes. Finally, after receiving my coffee and plating some fresh food from the breakfast buffet, the food was delicious and the coffee hit the spot. Thank you Frisch's for continuing to provide the constant big boy flavors over the years. I only wish the employee at this location enjoyed working their jobs and positively serving your patrons who visit your establishments.
