Unfortunately these past 2 weeks I have gotten two cars towed here and the people there are extremely understanding and let me get some stuff out of one car even though it's not in my name I was able to get some things out of it without a hassle and they have a very good sense of humor knowing that I will be back to go pick up my next car I would recommend Sandy's towing cuz they do not cost that much

Got almost ran off the road by Sandy's Towing driver this morning. As he passed me, he flipped me a bird. Absolutely atrocious road behavior and attitude. Will never do business with this company.

I went there representing a business to pick up signs. I feel strongly that if I did not need to wait 15 to 20 minutes for Sandy's Towing employee to be at the window #1 to perform his or her duties my experience would have been a 5 Star 🌟 review. But I had to ask several other employees for assistance to find their coworker to included stepping outside and calling the main office line (they couldn't locate the person either). I think a 15 to 20 mintue wait to bring another company business or income 💰 is very inconvenient and inconsiderate. So this partnership as a client wanting their towing services is off to a horrible 😳 start. Also, I arrived at the times I was given over the telephone ☎️.

My daughter's car broke down on her way back from college 2 weeks ago and we had it towed to a mechanic. Sandy's Towing out of Dayton (I think) was chosen by our insurance. The man who arrived, I believe his name was Stephen, was very kind and also fast and professional. But what really stood out was when we we finished dropping the keys into the slot of the closed car shop, it took a few minutes to get everything transferred to our other car and it was getting dark. Stephen waited there in his truck the whole time to make sure we were able to get back on the road safely. That's not just customer service, that's caring for your customer! Give that guy a raise!! Highly recommended!

Give them a call to find out their hours of business
Title and registration. If impounded thru police and you don't have or titel/registration is in the vechilce, go to the courts and have them fill out the affidavit of ownership for it. Sister just went through this w Sandy's about 4 months ago.
It depends on the department processing the paperwork
$30 per day and it's not a true 24-hour. It's whatever the day is. So if you put your car in there on a Saturday and pick it up on Monday..that's 3 days to them.
