Excellent Furniture Handled by Kind, Caring Professional Purchased a chair for my mom, long-distance, with Kim's help at the Sarasota store. It was a beautiful small recliner, but my mom is 93 and immediately after it was delivered, we realized that mom actually needed a lift chair. Once again, sight unseen, I arranged a swap. Her new chair is perfect. La-Z-Boy is the only brand I would ever purchase without sitting on it first. My faith in the brand is because of the quality of the furniture along with the customer service that comes with it. I am grateful and pleased. A special thanks to Kim for making this a stress-free experience.

I can't give a high rating because we purchased 2 recliners. We were told they would be delivered in a week. Three weeks later we still have not received the chairs. When I call to inquire no one seems concerned. May have to cancel the order and get my money back!

Donna was very helpful to show us where to look for the type of chair we wanted and then was available for questions but let us look on our own. We found the perfect chair and she completed the sale quickly. Nice selection of Lazyboy furniture and quick delivery from their warehouse.

Best shopping experience in quite some time. Sales person was great showed me what I asked to see and discussed the differences between models and different prices for each. A very nice change to see salesperson interested in my needs. Reminds of the old days.....when the customer came first.
