I've been a FL native, born and raised my entire life. I was waiting for my Tundra to be serviced at the Toyota down the road and walked into this place with the intent to look and potentially buy a desk or recliner for my new house. Almost immediately the sales woman followed me around and hounded me, as if to prevent theft. She kept looking at me like i'm some sort of serial killer (I'm assuming its because of my facial scar, or because I was wearing pretty casual clothing). I wanted to be left alone and browse but the two ladies kept following me. They have really mediocore chinese made furniture for absorbadent prices. I won't be buying here from the future.

Like many folks moving to Sarasota we needed a more contemporary look and did not want to order anything sight unseen. We worked with Ellen Silverman at Robb & Stucky - she is wonderful! Helpful, not pushy, great eye - we love everything we ordered. Delivery was as promised - prompt, courteous and total setup. I highly recommend Ellen and Robb & Stucky.

We have bought many pieces of furniture, probably 10-15, from R&S. The sales person, Robin, has always been really helpful and follows through very well. The furniture itself is pricey, yet you get what you pay for, ours has held up very well. On the down side, corporate gets a little greedy selling third party insurance that doesn't follow though or cover damage claims. I won't buy the insurance they are peddling every again.
