Don’t buy a vape here. Bought one to replace my vape that was leaking and the guy was nice and said if anything is wrong with it bring it back and we will take care of it. 2 days later the new one leaks worse than the one I was trying to replace and the new one doesn’t stay charged more than 3 hours. He was rude and said no that doesn’t qualify for a refund or replacement. I will never go back there.

I went in this morning a bought a few things Darel I believe his name was was really helpful and helped show me how to use my new vape and was really patient through all my questions. I will be coming back to this location again.

I purchased a vape here and I loved it at first but when I went to change the pod the first time, the hits tasted burnt. Plus I waited 10-20 minutes like you're supposed to. So I went back to the shop to see what they could do and the guy seemed so annoyed that I came back and wanted to know about why my vape just stopped working right. He just says its probably a faulty pod because sometimes that happens. So he suggested getting a different pod that fits the vape i had and it was pretty expensive for a 4 pack of pods. But I filled it up with the liquid, waited 20 minutes, and the hits were still burnt. So I waited overnight and tried it with a nother pod only to find it still tasted burnt. Mind you, they don't do refunds at all, and I can see why. I found a much better vape at a better store after this experience. Its a little drive but well worth it. If you want better quality and better service, go to sonny's vape shop in Mt. Orab.😉 you're welcome.
