Quite possibly the worst facilities I’ve ever witnessed in an ice rink. Bathrooms are falling apart and worse than some porta potties..literally no one cleans the place, simply disgusting. Only good thing here is the Rec Hockey program, love Coach Tom and figure skating coaches (top notch people) Customer service is pretty bad, very rude people behind the front desk especially Emma. Just go to Brandon TGH Plex, don’t waste your time here unless you play rec hockey or need private lessons from the very talented coaches.

If I could give them zero Stars I sure would!! If you want a nice party, that rums smoothly DO NOT HAVE IT HERE! The pizzas were brought in we didn't have any drinks until WELL AFTER everyone was done eating! And when they finally came, there were no cups for another 10 minutes. We had to go get chairs ourselves I booked my daughter's party for a minimum 16 kids which of course will include more adults. We had 8 chairs. People were sitting in the floor. The room was raggedy, the ice cream came a few minutes before we were leaving and they absolutely could care less.

My group of friends had so much fun here. I didn't catch his name, but a gentleman taking care of our skates also took care of our friend's bleeding forehead and lips. He was awesome!!! Thanks dude!

The Ellenton ice rink is a fun place for a family to enjoy being on the ice. They not only have two ice rinks but they have a gym, batting cage, dance studio and a snack bar. If you need some supplies while skating, they have it covered with a pro shop that has been newly stocked. The hockey leagues are for all ages and abilities. 2010 brought Olympians (couples) right from our facility. They have seasoned coaches for not only hockey but figure skating as well. Several open public skating sessions a week.

North side is the main entrance. Just let them know that you are new to the rink and they will direct you.
I am not sure about Ellington's classes, but as said earlier you may call. Both our daughters took figure skating and one stayed with it and had a great time and won trophies. The other learned to figure skate and became a fantastic hockey player that figure skating set her skating foundation. It also provided great opportunities for both to learn and grow. Good luck and have fun!
No WiFi. Still, you can hum the cold away while you skate.
Yes, they have free skate sessions almost every day. During weekdays they are more often less populated and the time is 3 hours versus Friday or Saturday nights when the sessions are two hours and have many more people. Free skate sessions are priced by the admission and skate rentals, so you can save a little bit if you bring your own skates EXCEPT during the DJ and night skate sessions (Friday and Saturday night). You can still bring your own skates, its just that you have to pay the full price on those nights regardless of if you have your own.
I'm not sure if you meant "rec" hockey, but if so evaluations for sqirt/peewee and middle school were the weekend of June 1st and the summer session has already started. If you call the staff there is very friendly and can definitely help you out! Here is the youth hockey website as well. https://www.ellentonice.com/youth-hockey/
No.
What football field?
I don't know but they have a lot going on their. I bet it's on the website.
No I don't I'm sorry
Every day
Yes
I usually open skate there. There are small children, probably around 4 was the youngest, but the lessons are more ability driven.
Admission to the Ellenton Ice Complex is free, and skate sessions cost $10 per person while children under 2 are free. Skate rentals cost $5 per person. They also have a discount for seniors. Enjoy your skate!
No one band per session
It's comfortable in the lobby area, but you'll want long pants and a jacket for the ice rinks.
Yes they do have a Roller/Floor hockey rink.
Do check online as previously mentioned, but I have been there very early and my daughter's hockey games have ended after 9:00 easily. The Pro Shop closes much earlier, but their hours are on the web too!
You need to call the office. I'm sure there will be some choices available but to get correct times & events, call or visit the business.
Right at the window to the right as you walk through the doors
