I was really impressed with the facility, as it was clean, well-kept and the staff on duty was super nice! Courtney Burchell, Asst Manager was what sold me on occupying a unit at that facility. Courtney was patient, professional and a wealth of information for me making my decision.

My experience was HORRIBLE!!!! I selected a unit for $67 but then the office called to confirm and said that to get the first month free I had to go up in price on my unit. I ended up having to pay $124 monthly for the unit and then she did not tell me that she was charging me for insurance or a lock. She told I had to go purchase the lock I wanted on my unit. I get to the storage place only to find a cylinder lock in the unit that they charged me for so I wasted $15 buying a lock. Also upon calling the office to find out how to install the lock, the automated system said my next payment of $180 will be due in June! How? And then the lady in the office was nasty and rude. Upon entering the office before our interaction even began I said out loud to myself that I was not rating this a good experience so far because of the lock situation and she got very defensive and turned quickly turned and snarled “why what’s your problem?” …… overall it was horrible and the lady in the office has a nasty attitude

Ashley you were great and really nice. I love the storage area and the pricing was really good. One of the biggest things is they offer storage insurance that is a great idea. No worries about acts of God or theft. Thank you for making me feel comfortable. 7/17/21 Rhea was so nice so sweet and so helpful. I have been with extra space for every time I’ve needed a storage place and the service has always been the same. Rhea is what made the experience great because she cared about my situation and issues. She didnt just rent a storage space and onto the next tenant. Thanks again for all your help.

From my experience you can put your items into your storage unit the same day after you've paid to rent it.
