I looked at other storage places in the area but iStorage beats them hands down. I love the huge clean space. My customer service rep was friendly and knowledgeable. Just a great experience.

They followed up many times after I got the quote, which was a little annoying but ok. We ended up going with them bc they seemed to be the most attentive and we were able to get 1/2 off the first month. Upon arriving to pay, the person couldn't figure out how to give me 1/2 off the first month and said it would be the first "full month". She did that but said she would have her manager call me. Manager never called. I stopped by a few days later bc I needed to access my unit any way. The manager was there and fixed it all. So it was a bit of a process but all in all I'm happy with the price I'm getting. Cleanliness is also good there.
