I contacted Orkin because my research showed that Orkin was more highly rated than others. Wasn’t sure if I had termites, so it was more of a check. Brandon Raifstanger was the Tc Inspector that arrived on time. He was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable about a myriad of little creatures I’ve seen here. I try to be proactive and Brandon was quick to print out that whatever I’ve been doing was working and he saw no signs of activity. I did point out an area where I’ve recently seen some fecal matter on my patio. He knew right away it was bats and did a thorough walk through of the attic. Seeing no presence or activity, he did a walk around outside to see if he could locate points of entry. I was impressed with his knowledge and kind responses. He didn’t try to push services that weren't needed! I did ask about “preventative” measures and he encouraged it. I am so pleased that in today’s world, that there are still some folks out there with good customer service. Many thanks to Brandon!!!!

Our experience with Orkin was very good. The techs were polite & responsive to our questions and concerns. We did not continually observe their work but felt comfortable enough to trust what they did. Not being experienced with termites ourselves we relied on the technicians’ knowledge to free us from the infestation. Time will tell but we trust Orkin!

The worker did a good job. However, I would have liked it if the agent would have suggested I move my car away from the hornet nest before he treated it. He told me after the fact and said not to go around the car since harness might be around to be angry.
