I really don't have anything bad to say about Dutch harbor I've been going there so long and having them fix things and lunch in my boat there and buying minnows I mean it's just like putting on an old pair of shoes they've been there so long I'm really can't say anything bad about him yeah they're a little pricey but hey it's the world we live in

We took our pontoon boat to this place on May 25th of 2020. The carburetors needed rebuilt they took 11 months to finish just to tell us the fuel pump needs replaced after 11months of them having the boat. They took another 2 months to get the fuel pump in after telling us they would make our boat first priority when the fuel muon was delivered they had told us a day the boat would be done and did not full fill the day the boat would be done. They did this 5 different times before refusing to complete our boat. I would not take any boat to this place they have a terrible customer service and will tell you false information. Just save yourself a head ache.

First time going here the gentleman at part Serv. Did awesome job at explaining questions about my evinrude 25hp also had in stock my new water pump kit n impeller lady at check out was also fantastic great attitude and helpful I will be using this place more often
