First off we loved the experience with buying our couches the salesman was the best made it all very easy. But The delivery process and everything after was not easy (see pics). We had our furniture delivered and the delivery team did inform us that they damaged the paint/trim coming into our home. We were understanding these things do happen. When they went to call their delivery manager he was not available. I allowed them to leave and needed a call back from the manager when he was available. I waited 3 hours then had to track him down. The process of the fix was scheduled and the day of all items were not completely fixed. I was tired of playing phone tag for an issue that they caused. I do feel that we were not a priority and somewhat treated badly. I decided to try and contact a manager via email about what happened and how to prevent this in the future. I got NO response. Frustrated with Wayside and the lack of customer service.

We stopped in to look for a sofa and asked a gentleman standing near us if we could borrow his tape measure to see the length of one of the sofas. The rest as they say, is history. Denis measured the sofa for us and the showed us how to read the spec sheet for the different models and manufacturers. He then had us sit in few different ones to show us the difference a few inches can make on leg and back comfort. He spent the better part of a Saturday afternoon just with us. He never made us feel rushed or that we needed to make a decision. He showed us the frame construction of each manufacturer and why they were different. In the end we pick the manufacturer, length, back height, seat depth, fabric, leg style, the list goes on. We have the exact sofa we want and the price was very fair. Plus it’s made in the US and that made me even more happy. Ask for Denis when you go in. You won’t be disappointed. By the way. The store is huge!

We absolutely loved Rachelle at Wayside! She made things SO much easier for us, and spent a ton of time helping us decide what we wanted to do with our living room. She was kind, professional, and had amazing taste while staying in our budget. Rachelle made the process so much fun! She answered all of our questions and helped guide us to make great decisions - we could not be more excited for our furniture!

Evan showed me the showroom and took time to tell ‘em about each piece and show me different fabrics. They have great quality furniture. But I was very impressed with the customer service I received.
