The infrastructure is amazing. Management lacking some attention to detail to make significant improvements. The gym areas needs additional weight racks, for example. The music is either loud, or inexistent, or some song that doesn't create a good vibe for working the walls. Still a member and hope to see these things resolved. Good place to stay healthy.

Great facility but I don’t agree with their mask policy. The mask mandate is over with (for now). Yet they still require mask use. If you’re trying to get a work out in with a face covering on then this place is for you. EDIT: MASK POLICY LIFTED! Stars going from 2 to 4.

This place is AWESOME! Took my 6 year old here to learn to climb. The instruction was good, the price is good, and the climbing is good. Definitely great for all ages. I've seen every age group represented there. From what appeared to be three year-olds to very very fit seniors. They do have a gym where you can work out, but it's a little bit small and it looks like it's more of an accessory to actually climbing. From what I've seen most people in there are working on grip strength and climbing related skills. No lockable lockers for people to use but there's adequate storage for jackets and boots. I've been in there when it was incredibly busy and I didn't have a problem finding a cubby for my stuff.

Having the birthday party here for my daughter is the best decision I’ve ever made. Helpful staff, online forms making life easier for sign up and invitation. More than half of the party is first timer and already having fun! We’re making plans for coming here again for the next party! Tips: Don’t forget to wear comfortable sports attire, take your time with kids, have breaks in between and enjoy your time here!
