My other groomer left town and Chester has always been afraid of most salons. He did fantastic at this grooming salon and they did a perfect job on Chester. He loved being with other dogs his size. I will definitely take him back when he is due for another doggie spa day.

Unorganized. Didn’t finish grooming. Was told she would come to my house to finish but never showed. Very dissatisfied.

I had called to get my Maltese groomed two weeks in advanced!! just to call and tell me it was a half an hour before the scheduled time I wrote down while on the phone with a lady. The day of his appt I had called to make sure and got a snotty attitude from a girl who didn’t even offer to reschedule. I hung up and will go to another groomer with better customer service but also attentive to DETAILS.
