Beautiful area, but lousy people including neighbor, mental bi polar calling compliance every storms on even 2 screen pool on the water backyard and management water bill obviously can see 7yrsx12 months, now asking adjustment for outside leakage, 500 in 2 months..can not even give 5 bucks off..This is why I am selling my 500k house and paying 4k taxes and bills elsewhere. Shameful. Tarpon Spring would love to have my money the next 7 yrs, but with humanity kindness.

Civil Unrest

Having rainwater runoff and drainage issues any time I call I get sent to a voicemail box and the after hours number is only for dispatching fire and pd? The drains by my house are not doing the job and rainwater is pooling up in the streets and Coming into my house! The city doesn't care about it's residents!
