We had a 25' RV broke down in a strip mall parking lot with both recently redone front brakes locked up. AAA couldn't find a big rig tow co. In two days and finally found a third party tow co. To move us. Pasco Towing came even before scheduled time and hooked up RV with 1st. Class equipment (big change since the 50's). The driver was very helpful and professional from start to finish. I was 5 star impressed with this company. Louis

Horrible experience from tow truck driver. Driver was way over 30min late so don't try to say he was early. Vulgar language and threatened to drop trailer in an impossible location on an easement. Yelled and wasted time standing around yelling at his customers. Didn't lift a finger. Tow driver damaged our property. Was charged double what we were quoted. Office wouldn't call us back to resolve concerns. Do not use this company! Please note, a response I received back regarding this review from Pasco towing was completely inaccurate to what the tow truck driver reported to the office staff. No one was evicted so that comment is completely laughable and flat out false. Only one tire was blown out which is a part of your flipping job Pasco towing! Absolutely ridiculous treatment towards customers.

made a bad experience better. gotta go pay my hundred for towing my van so I can get my van back out of impound.....after some more thought,I've decided you do deserve the full 5 stars the previous rating has more to do with the NPR police sergeant rather than your fine establishment and that was unfair of me. you ,sir, run a great business with great drivers. I'll be in shortly to see u today. Thanks for your quick response 💯🤗😁

I called Pasco Towing yesterday for a quote to get our car that was sitting at a dealer dead, from SC back to FL. I'm not sure his name I spoke to but he was very nice. He gave me a quote that was very reasonable. We said OK how soon do you think you can get it. He said he can have a driver leave in the morning. Well Gary the driver left super early and made the 8 hour drive to be there when dealer in SC opened. Got our car and came right back. Everyone I spoke to at Pasco Towing was very nice and helpful. If we ever are in need of towing services again we will definitely be calling them. Absolutely above 5 star service all around!! Thanks again
