This was a hidden jewel for me! I found exactly what I was looking for. Service was okay. No smiles from the cashier 😐 I even said "Have a good evening" on my way out and she didn't mumble a word. Customer service should always shine the brightest. A bad experience can be a last experience. At any rate, I found what I was in there for.

They do not have shoes larger than size 13 in the store. For guys that have larger sizes and want to try them on with out waiting for a special order shop some where else.

First place I look when looking for shoes. This location is on the smaller size but has an easy layout to find what you are looking for. Stock is well organized by different types of shoes - dressy, casual, flats, heels. Fair prices. My only negative the store was dark.

Great store layout, easy to find the type of shoes you are looking for. My wife found some shoes on sale in the Gainesville store for herself and then we went to the store in Ocala where we were able to find some shoes for my sister along with some cool socks for my nieces. The aisle are low and organized with lots of seats to try on shoes and feet cover dispensers.
