You are thinking of the Bill Denton center, at the corner of Brown and South Street. You can go one Tuesday every calendar month. You need to get there before 10am to participate.

You do need something on Wheels yet if it is your first time going then they will allow you to borrow one of their carts and it is a good idea to bring an extra bag or box
