Being a provider and assistant to men and women being released from prison in owning a transitional center like myself at Myrick Tampa Bay transitional housing program LLC the personnel and employees and ask do not use the money that the government or the state gives them to house and help the people they receive they’re completely unprofessional they don’t pay resources that reach out to help them in the system and they squander the money because none of it goes and I’m saying this personally from personal experience none of it goes to help for men or women that they decide to help and your programs it’s a joke there a joke in there a waste of taxpayers money

The staff the bhts are very respectful heartwarming professional and make you feel welcomed and not make you feel like you're no good they're very understanding very clean relaxing environment to recover from the situation you go there for. 1. Nurse Kathy - YOU MAY THINK SHE'S STRICT BECAUSE SHE MAKES YOU FOLLOW THE RULES BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY HER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING AND VERY WELL NEEDED 2. MS, AMY _ VERY COMFORTING GIVES YOU VERY WELL-NEEDED RESOURCES I CAN HONESTLY SAY ALL STAFF MEMBERS ARE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND VERY MUCH MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR FAMILY RATHER THAN NO GOOD DRUG ADDICT COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER PLACE TO GO SO YOU CAN RECOVER.

Be aware of this place! If you have loved ones DO NOT !! send them here. My brother received treatment at this place, the employees stole his belongings and didn’t supply any kind of help on retrieving them. Take a look at Holly Delaye review, my brother Is not the only one that they stole from. This place should be thoroughly investigated, all employees terminated, and bring in a new management staff. In the Meanwhile, I will be reporting them to every agency I can think of from the BBB to some sort of health review agency. There are much better agencies that will treat and handle people a whole lot better. So, don't send your family members or friends here and don't make recommendations for this place !!.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My father Arthur Grayson was admitted into this facility back in September and came back out without many of the personal belongings he went in with. Included were a gold chain as well as shoes and clothes. My father has reached out several times to no avail as far as getting his items back which is beyond frustrating. Do not send your loved ones here unless you want to deal with sketchy, untrustworthy people.

Does detox cost

No, detox at ACTS owned facilities are free of charge as well as you are not required to possess an active insurance policy. With this in mind, there may however be some external fees outside of ACTS operated programs and facilities which are working in conjunction. For example, you must complete the process carried out by "Gracepoint" located in the same vicinity as ACTS programs. This "pre-detox" assessment is a mental health assessment carried out by what is technically a DIFFERENT company than ACTS. GRACEPOINT carries out individual policies and procedures which further guarantee your success prior to ACTS services.
