Couldn’t make it home in time to make/have dinner at a decent hour with my son so I placed a delivery order. ‘Heck,’ I foolishly thought ‘it’s barely over ½ mile from our house (.8 km for you redcoats or syrup sippers in the north). Well the kid is still foodless over an hour later. 10’s of unanswered calls & no way to track the progress of my order gets this location a proper ✌️⭐️ . NOT HAPPY PAPA NOT HAPPY ONE BIT Part two: ordered at exactly 10pm (they close at 11 stop taking orders at 10:15) 15 min later I got a notification from my bank telling me I got a refund. Papa John’s canceled on me 15 min after placing the order & didn’t even say anything. This place is a joke

Excellent staff, always rushing around trying to keep up with short staff. Friendly and you can tell they enjoy working together. Always laughing and singing. Food on point most the time and about as good as can be for chain store pizza. Papa call seems to be the only problem this store has.

Im wondering why the crew does not wear gloves while making the food and none of them wear hair nets. (one guy had very long hair)That's really unsanitary :( Made me feel a bit uneasy picking up a pizza. Probably won't go back.

Ordered a pizza and waited an hour and a half for it when it said it would only be 47 minutes . Then I called and nobody would pick up the phone literally called back to back over 10 times and they would not pick up the phone. Terrible service and I won’t be ordering from them ever again . I don’t even want the pizza at this point I just want my money back!!! And I can’t even get a hold of the store to get it back. SMH just ridiculous. I will be making a phone call to corporate!
