Please forgive us for not getting back to you sooner. Yes, the pumps do work but the 1 that our Male Clients seem to really like best is the Bathmates...it's one of the only pumps on that market that I'm aware of you can fill it up with water and it feels amazing to the guy using it...somewhat pricey but it has a 2 year warranty.
