I've been visiting this butcher for 9 years now. The meat is ALWAYS delicious & the selection is EXACTLY what we need. Pretty much every trip we get Bacon, beef/bulk/pepper / burger patty, BLSL chicken, sweet sausage... Literally melts in your mouth, no chunky gristle, or chewy fat. Same with the beef & chicken... pretty much no discard. Bacon stays pretty true to how it lays out. We bake, so @410 @ 20 mins ish, it's not much smaller than laid out to cook. Steaks are amazing. I'm a ribeye guy & love thiers VS any other. Everything is CAST COOKED. Bottom line it's LEGIT. You have to taste the difference.

Very nice people, good prices and quality products! I visited for the first time and bought chicken breast, smoked kielbasa, ground beef and Italian sausage. Made some soup with the beef yesterday and goulash with the kielbasa today. The beef was top-notch, not swimming in bloody liquid like from the store, and my wife said the kielbasa is the best she’s ever had. I agree! Glad I came and I will be back soon.
