Called today at 120PM ( supposed to be open till 5) saying I would be there within 45minutes to rent a truck. He said sure thing I have what you need. Get there 20 minutes later after rushing down. Locked doors, lights off gone. Ignorant to tell someone you should drive 20miles to rent something and then you leave and close down early. Wasted my time which I don't take lightly. Could have said no I dont have truck or no I am leaving for whatever reason.

These guys are easy to work with. Not open afternoon sat or at all on Sunday but we just leave the truck/ trailer and they take care of it when they come in on monday.

Yes they do, but ask for one well enough ahead of time so they can have one there for you when you're ready. They may need to transfer one from another Uhaul dealer.
