Place was awful. Dirty, half machines don’t work, there is a smell in the bldg that just doesn’t smell good and the attendant was rude. Wanted you to use specific machines. Not a fan - won’t go back

First time I came I walked in and the owner immediately came to me and ushered me to the washers. I noticed anyone new who walked in he questioned what they needed to do and told them where to go. I sat in my car because I was a bit uncomfortable. I read some of the reviews on the place and quickly noticed people wrote about what I experienced. Today I needed to just dry. Had my kids in tow also. We went straight to the dryers as that's all I needed to do and he quickly cane up and asked me "dry"? The sign for the time limit for each quarter was now gone. I assumed it was still about 7 min per. I put 50 cents in each dryer. Used a total of 3 and not many people were in there. My children and I went back out to my car. I was just about to go in to check the dryer when i heard a tapping on my passenger side window. It was the owner telling me my clothes were done. I felt it was very rude. This place gave me the feeling the owner doesnt want you in there.

I come to this laundry mat when I need bedding washed, or for this instance my dryers not working.. he rushed me to get my clothes in the dryer, started 1 of my 2 dryers before I even had all the quarters in my last one (I like to start them at the same time) he said 40 mins I said okay. Went across the street to giant eagle and Burger King.. I come back realize I forgot my hampers, as I was walking back to my car he ran out the door yelling “your clothes your clothes” I said I know I need my baskets. I go in the door and he said your clothes right there. He had them in the laundry carts out in the open waiting for me to grab them. I was there exactly in 40 mins. I didn’t care for the feeling of being rushed.
