I go to Oreilly because I find their parts/tools/rewards the best. This store literally has the worst employees in any customer service I’ve experienced. It’s a shame because I prefer this store for my auto parts but I will not go back to this store for a long time, in hopes they may get some different employees. First negative review I’ve ever left, anywhere.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable and the guy helped me out with my van check engine light. O'Reilly's is one of two places I usually buy my car parts or etc. I am from Akron but I was in Ravenna at the time of stopping by. I really got to say that the store was really nice and clean. All the guy's were professional and helpful. Thanks guy's! I'll definitely be back in your store!!

I deal with the commercial side of O'Reilly, but even when I I just walk in they're always polite, quick and knowledgeable. They have a great staff and they're good at communicating between shifts in case you order early and pick up late or following day.
