Color Critics

The products they have are great! But the staff don’t know much about them unfortunately. Went in to buy a trailer and was told the trailer had features that it did not actually have. I did not know a whole lot about trailers so I depended on them to know what they had. After buying the trailer and building it out I found out the trailer didn’t have what they said it did. So I called them and they said it’s not their fault and there’s nothing they can do. They said they Will try to call the trailer’s manufacturer and get back with me and it has been over a month. I will say, they offered a refund, but, I had already built the trailer out and couldn’t return it. The trailer itself is well built, I just feel like they pulled a quick one on me. All I’m saying is do a little research on what you get from there so you know what’s what before you go.

I have given this place holy hell. I brought them a mower that was almost impossible to repair and made them continue to work at it until they did. I brought it back to them over and over and over again. Then I brought another one and did the same thing to them. I have to admit I'm a fairly difficult customer and somewhat demanding when it comes to this type of work. I am a service technician and hold myself to pretty high standards and I kind of expect the same from other service businesses. The first couple of times the young man didn't quite get the repair correct so I brought it back. Each time I shared with them my observations and they were able to apply that and eventually affect the repair. Frankly, they're the only ones who ever got it going. Through the whole thing, their manager was calm and understanding. I'm not an irate type customer, but I can be very pressing when I'm determined to get what I want. You could say persistence pays, or you could say they were initially incompetent, but I would prefer to say they kept at it until the job was done. Repair work is not always straightforward, and sometimes damage or difficulties can be well hidden. They're not cheap... But you get what you pay for. This place will work with you which is way more than I can say about others. If you're looking for a new piece of yard equipment I would definitely suggest taking a look at these people. If you have equipment that needs repair, they're reasonable and will stick with you until the problem is solved.
