I had four tires delivered. $1000.00 worth of rubber. I get a text that said they were delivered and left at garage 09:21. I call my dad and he said no tires he was waiting for them. Try talking to customer service about where are my tires? They were very rude. Wouldn't give me any kind of answers. While I'm on the phone a UPS truck showed up with them at 11:32. They were the only thing on the truck. So somebody dropped the ball. Just checked tracking number again at 15:00 still says left at garage 09:21. What a joke! EditDelete Share

I don't think that the carrier really wants to deliver to apartment buildings because of the extra work. The delivery person should call a contact number for Access
Usually they'll leave a little notice on your door saying they'll be back. You can always call the 1-800 number and make arrangements to pick it up at the Trumbull Avenue address. They will deliver on Saturdays till about noon and nothing moves slash delivers on Sunday. They'll usually try to make a delivery on the next business day so if they don't deliver today Saturday then they'll probably try to redo it on Monday. You can go to ups.com if you have the tracking number and track your package to see and also updated online with your email
On the right side of the building there is a door closest to the road where during their open hours you can talk to someone
If you download the UPS app it's easy to schedule a pickup.
