The maintenance guy had already come to take care of the AC problem and he was prompt in finishing the work order for my window and checked Toilet. Only thing that they forget is to leave a work order receipt for work done. Miss Gray

The management team is terrible the maintenance team is terrible the management team do what the hell they want to do to whom they want to do favoritism the maintenance team they never fix anything right because it goes back up to the management team bunch of crooks the system manager was in court couple years back for embezzlement but she still there

You have to ask management. But usually, unless they changed things there wasn't a move on special. They have a waiting list so they don't have to get apartments filled as fast as they empty out. Rent usually goes by your income. You have to make so much to live there and you can't make too much to live there. Little advice! You do NOT WANT any apartments in the very back of the complex! Bad bad area, police are called there on a multiple daily basis, or they are looking for someone back there, also dirty! If you get apartment on 1st floor, NEVER leave your Windows open or unlocked when you are not home or when you are sleeping at night! I had 2 attempts when I was sleeping, and a major robbery when I wasn't home (I thought window was locked, it looked like it, felt like it, but wasn't). Police don't care!
I believe it is $300 now.
