We had an awful experience living there and are still having awful experiences now that we have moved out. We constantly received notices about neighbor complaints for petty things, yet our complaints were never addressed. I once had a neighbor bury my car in the snow and the apartment manager did nothing. Despite having no assigned parking spots, we were constantly being told to move our vehicles because another person did not like parking next to our truck. We paid what we were told was a $250 pet "deposit" for each of our two dogs and an extra $20 a month per pet. When we moved out we were told the $250 was a "pet fee" and that $20 a month was a privilege fee. So we paid over $1500 in the time we lived there for our dogs and none of that money was used to cover the damage to our carpet. When we called the management office, she actually admitted that the money was paid for no real reason other than a way for them to make money. I am so glad we moved and would never recommend any of their properties to anyone.

Was ok very small. Heater and ac will drive your electric bill sky high with the set up. All in all nice grounds but idk what the check list is for when you 1st move because it was cracked when I moved in and they still tried to bill me for it when I left....
