The pumps don't read Rewards card for commercial trucks so you are not getting your points even when you go inside. The manager said they had an electrical storm and it hasn't worked right since. Here's a solution: call IT and stop screwing the drivers. We have to have receipts for taxes. It saves a lot of your backup issues at the pump when it works correctly. If you are unsure of how to fix the problem maybe you shouldn't be a manager. Just a thought

Showers and restroom were clean. Shower 8 did have issues the hot water would only work for like 2 seconds and you would hear it click and it turned to just warm water. It was on and off the whole shower. Probably the worst shower I've ever had at a Pilot. They are usually great. Other than that. Still a great place to stop. Restaurants were clean and employees were friendly and quick,even in the main store. Big parking lot with alot of spots to reserve. But it looks full tonight.

National average PROFIT for pilot/flying j is $105,000 PER DAY PER STORE!! with that kind of money, there no reason why every time i walk into a pilot or flying j bathroom, this is what i see. This is TYPICAL. any store, any time, any day, this is disgusting & its sad

Because they are understaffed and could use some help. It takes more than four people to run the place smoothly in such a busy location.
J.e is correct it is subway and dairy queen. Subway for now is 24 hours dairy queen usually closes around 8 or 9
Not sure about Pilot but they do across the street at LOVES.
If you fill up at the truck pumps a truck will up way more than that. Id say next time go in and prepay for what you think you might need then they will only put a hold for that much

The Milestone Restaurant was a great place to eat with good food. I miss that one.
