Just called today, Saturday Feb 1 2014, I was told on the phone that this is no longer a Antique /flea market area.

Not as a flea market. It now is offices for Used Cars sales. Opened mostly by appointment but building office assistants on site Wednesday 9 to 1, Thursday and Friday 9 to 5.
