We were on our way to a concert in Cleveland on the Ohio Turnpike when we heard a snap and something dragging under our vehicle. We bailed off the exit in Boardman and the first vehicle repair place we found was Firestone. Mechanic Travis greeted us and quickly identified that the engine splash shield had broken loose and was dragging. Manager Seth said he’d fix it immediately, and within 10 minutes we were on our way. Tremendous experience and too bad we live in Pittsburgh; otherwise we’d be back for all our service needs! Thank you Firestone and your amazing staff!

Usually treated well, however this evening the assistant Charles was extremely rude. I waited patiently for 15 minutes while he was explaining a bill to a customer. I stayed my COVID distance As a respectful human would. Another customer walks in… Charles, being a horrible human being and terrible customer appreciation person. Took that customer first. Never acknowledged me. After that second person left I asked , can you tell me why you waited on that person before me, when I’ve been standing here 15 minutes. In a disrespectful manner he says, you were standing over there, and they walked right up to counter. I said bro, you could of said “ he was here first” or looked at me and said I’ll be with you in a minute. Charles is the worst sales person I’ve met. Totally stay away from Boardman Firestone if he is working. Terrible.

I have 2 vehicles. A 2003 Honda Accord & a 2013 Chevy Cruze. My Honda Accord was over heating. I bought a brand new radiator from autozone prior to my visit at Firestone for a diagnostic because I couldn’t figure out why my car is still overheating. I got it towed in. Firestone charged me, I think 69.00 to flush my system and do a pressure test. The results were that my radiator is cracked & need a new thermostat. To repair both, I was charged over $1000.00. It didn’t seem or sounded right, so I got a 2nd opinion from the Honda dealer. The only thing that was wrong with my car was the thermostat that only costed me $30.00 at autozone, $55.00 for labor at the dealer & they refilled my coolant for free. I felt like I was lied to & almost got beat out of my money. My 2013 Chevy Cruze had a smallllllll oil leak & I mean smalllllll. The only place I take this car to is the Chevy DEALER. This car is A-1 perfect with not 1 problem. If I see any small or big issues, my car will be at the dealer with no questions asked and my issue repaired. Sorry for the long essay...I was leaking coolant and took it to the dealer for a diagnostic. My reservoir was cracked so I had it replaced. They tell me I have a tiny oil leak. Nothing major. Being that my upkeep on the car is 100% they thought they should tell me. They told me my timing cover gasket needed some attention. I thought the price was a little to high so I went to Firestone. Firestone repairs my gasket. They give me back my car with the check engine light on. I didn’t come in Firestone with a check engine light on and now my car is running worse than how I came in there. Why would they give me my car back like that? So, they took it back to repair the issues. They replaced that gasket at least 3 times and charged me around $900.00 to repair it. Granted that other stuff went wrong while repairing the gaskets, they repaired for free such as a few hoses, my timing belt & etc. I get my car back, my vehicle is rattling, shacking & leaking a lot of oil. I started having huge puddles in my garage. I take the car back, they do their own diagnostic only to tell me I’m leaking oil else where. I gave them $1000.00 more to repair the issue. That’s almost $2000.00 to repair my car. You would think I shouldn’t be leaking oil after paying that kind of money, right? Now they tell me it’s my oil pan... or it’s this or that.... so they repair my car again & allegedly no more oil leaks. I let my car sit still over the winter from November. I maybe have driven this car about 5x, on GOOD days. I take a look at my car in the garage, I have a puddle of oil under my car.... I’m like sooooooo tired of dealing with FIRESTONE had I only stuck with the dealer ... I’m almost to the point to ask for my money back or something because this is getting redundant & Ridiculous. Some of the workers here have bad attitudes. They play me like I don’t know my car... This car lives at the dealer and everyone in greenwood know me by name & give me the upmost respect with my issues RESOLVED.

Nitrogen is not currently available there. Regular pump air (the same stuff we breathe) is actually already about 80% nitrogen, though
