This Dunkin has not taught their employees how to push the no sugar button on the machine for frozen coffees. It is disgraceful that the employees roll their eyes at you when you in fact tell them that there is sugar in a drink that you specifically asked for NO liquid sugar to be added.

Was charged $4.30 for medium iced latte don’t know if this is normal but seemed high no receipt. Will go to another dunkin in the future.

The location is convenient. The staff are usually friendly. However, they too frequently get my order wrong. Today they got my order wrong twice, in fact! I appreciate their willingness to correct the order but I absolutely have to check my order every single time before I leave the window because about once per week they get it wrong.
