Kathy has always done a fantastic job with our cat, Ooma. A few other local groomers turned us away when they saw how matted Ooma's coat was. Not Kathy. She did a superior groom without a nick or scratch to the cat's delicate skin. I'm ashamed I didn't go to Kathy straight away. We will never go anywhere else again. Thank you Kathy!

Kathy is very professional and does a great job! We have 2 shih tzus and they always come home looking professionally groomed and very happy. They never act scared when dropping them off and picking them up. I wouldn't even think of taking our dogs anywhere else. Our dogs lo ve her and so do we. I highly recommend A Step Above. You won't regret it.
