Went for lunch after a hike. Service was fine, food was fine. Nothing spectacular, but a decent place for lunch. There was no sign out front, but Google maps got us there.

They aren't the best at signage to their restaurant, but were quite busy despite the confusion I and Google maps had finding it! I can declare that the quality of the food was well worth the effort!

I would say anywhere from 9.00 - 15.00. Depends on what you get. Sandwiches are of course less expensive, when we go for the Coleman fish fry special the cost is 12.99 for 3 pieces of fish, coleslaw,and French fries.
