My glasses broke unexpectedly and I had a long wait before my eye appointment and then getting fitted, ordering, and finally receiving the new ones. World Optics in Fullerton was recommended to me as an option to have my frames fixed while I waited. I called and spoke to Ana. She checked and confirmed that they did have the correct parts I needed. I arrived the next day as they were opening. Ana and every staff member in the place, were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Their price for the parts as well as the repairs were less than my regular sources quoted me to just do the labor. I will be back and recommend World Optic to everyone.

Wow! World Optic did a phenomenal job repairing broken my Ray-Ban frames. They look absolutely stunning! Turn around time from Florida to California and back was about 10 days +/- I never knew that you could fix the frames. Highly recommend, don't think twice! Thank you World Optic!!!

I had a great experience with world optic and would like to share my appreciation. Thank you Ana and staff for the friendly and professional service. I visited their store to obtain new prescription lenses. They also repaired the frame of my glasses, which had a stripped screw resulting in the lenses popping off. The replacements and repair service were fast and affordable. The polycarb lenses also have a 1year warranty for scratches. I also shopped new frames, I found they had a great selection for men, same if not better than Target and Costco.

I'm satisfied with the result, price, and speed of the repair. Repair was done fairly quickly. Got an evaluation and price in an email within a day after they received my glasses. Glasses were shipped out about 3 days after payment. Price seems comparable to other reputable-looking places that I searched for on the Internet, especially with the included 2-way shipping. Had a break at one end of the nose bridge. Can't comment on cosmetic protection of the frames, since mine are old and already beat up. The weld looks smooth and complete. The 2 rims are lined up straight, no crookedness. Hopefully the weld will hold for a long time. The 1-year warranty is nice, on par with other good shops, while some may only offer 100 days.

Hi Diana, It looks like you were signing up with World Optic on their website. When you finish singing up on their easy 1-step process, the website will prompt you and ask if you would like to schedule a pickup. Because World Optic delivers with USPS (post office), your local postman will pick up your glasses whenever they retrieve mail. Afterwards, you will be redirected to a page that asks what you would like to do next. One of the options is to "print my shipping label now". If you aren't in a location to print out the shipping label, the shipping label is automatically emailed to you. Instructions on how to pack your package and ship it to World Optic should be included in the PDF. Regards, Scott
Hello Brentmedart, We would like to thank you for your inquiry. In regard to your question, We should be able to help you out. In some cases the scratches may be on coatings, which may be stripped and reapplied, hence removing light scratches. If the scratches have penetrated the coating, then we can replace your lenses. Our tinted non prescription lenses start at $39 for the pair and come with a one year warranty (includes Scratches). Polarized and additional coatings are added costs. Hi Tasos, depends on material and time you come in. If you come by right when we open and get it in a digital material and no Anti-Reflective coating, then yes. Otherwise it's 24-48 hours
