First time customer. Bought some double cut pork chops and bone-in ribeye steaks. Both cuts of meat were exceptional. Cooked the double cut chops on my Traeger and the ribeyes on my Santa Maria grill using hickory wood. The meat was USDA Choice but was on par to Prime cuts that I have purchased from other high end butchers. Definitely coming back.

Best stuffed pork chops ANYWHERE! Today, due to a loose wire in my car, I fell in their parking lot. The butcher voluntarily put a bag of ice for me to put my hands on to help the pain and swelling. Great food, but, greater man than helped a stranger.

Gem Meats has the finest cuts of the highest grade of meats. This is not a cheap meat market. This is a high-end meat purveyor. I almost always get their bone-in ribeyes and ground beef. They have a small selection of seafood as well as a large selection of pork and deli meats and cheeses. They also offer some produce and dairy as a matter of convenience. Gem Meats has been a family staple in my life for more than 30 years!

No shark, high in mercury anyways. They do sell sea bass, halibut, and ahi though.

Gem Meats carries a large variety of wild game...from elk to ostrich. Even bison and kangaroo...call in advance and ask for Brad. Wild game comes in frozen. Hope this helps. :)
