From the beginning they were professional, their communication was exemplary, their work was outstanding. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. Having a sewer line replaced is not an inexpensive job. They were very fairly priced. They didn't cut any quarters. Their due diligence went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company. After having several central Ohio companies not return messages with request for service I reached out to Mr.andMrs. Plumbing Services. The company quickly had a representative out to evaluate my need, pressure tank assembly and then returned once parts were obtained. The representative explained the work done and answered my questions. He mentioned that my pump was showing signs of age. He explained their process for pump replacement to me. I will have them back when I am needing the well pump replaced. The representative was neat and protected our carpets with shoe covers.

My mothers gas water heater went out and I live in Florida and was unable to help. Mr and Mrs Plumbing was able to come out very quickly and try to repair it. The unit was over 20 years old and not repairable so they needed to replace the unit. Mr and Mrs Plumbing was very prompt and professional and were able to replace the unit within a couple days so my mother was able to have hot water again!
