This is actually our second time living here. We loved it so much that we came back. I removed a star because when we moved in several things needed fixed. Maintenance came and fixed them all immediately though. Seems weird though that no one noticed a closet missing a rod, or that the bathtub spout was literally falling off of the wall, but glad everything was fixed. Also, the model unit we were shown was not what we received. The model had dark slate new flooring and ours is clearly old flooring which is rather deceiving. Other than that we love it here. Good schools also.

Lived there for almost a year and a half. Old houses they just put bandaids on. Our electric bill was always super high because the AC needed to constantly run in the summer. Also never received our security deposit back once we moved out, tried calling but finally gave up after 6 months and no one would answer the phone.

It's a roof over your head, that's about it. This place has changed management companies 4 times in the 2 years I have been here but they keep the same worthless office people and the lousy maintenance men. Our basement flooded from rain when we first moved in and called emergency maintenance and he sounded upset we called and told us he isn't coming out and we just need to deal with it, our upstairs bathroom floor leaked through to the foyer ceiling and put a hole in it. Maintenance said they would have to wait a week for it to dry out and come back and fix it....that's been a year and a half ago and we still have a hole in the ceiling, even after multiple calls to the office where you never get an answer and if you go to the office there is nobody there 99% of the time. If you can afford these "Luxury apartments" as they advertise them. Then go find somewhere else that actually at least pretends to care about it's tenants.
