I am disappointed in the customer service at this location. I went there to order meals for myself and my husband. They had this new “Sides Favorites” meal advertised on the board. It had 8pc tenders with 3 large sides and 4 biscuits. It was exactly what I wanted 😁. The posted price was $25.99. When I attempted to order this in the drive through, the lady said it wasn’t possible, that it wasn’t on her computer. That I could get 12 pcs but the cost was $32.99. But I wanted what was advertised. So I asked to speak to a manager. The manager, Jai said the same thing as the lady. That he could not change the price in the computer, and that he was new and already had to remove other incorrect signs. So I told him I think he needs to honor my request as a customer who wanted what was advertised, then if he wants to remove the sign that’s fine. He refused to honor my request. He remained calm and spoke to me kindly, as I did the same. I just asked for the store number and his name to write a formal complaint. I feel like when signs are posted incorrectly, and a customer asks for that item. That it should be granted, then change your sign so no one was can order that. I was highly disappointed and had to go someplace else for food. 😒

We ordered 12 pc family meal. Got all the sides correctly after having to reorder at the window. The young gentleman was very polite. When we got our meal no receipt given. Then when we got home it was all dark meat. I didn't order dark meat. Told them when I ordered I wanted the original make sure the breast and wings were there. I tried to call and call . It either rang and rang or went to voice.mail that wasn't set up.

Just ok. Not bad and not good. This place is nothing special. I give them 3 stars. The customer service is always good and they have what you want MOST of the time. But I do get tired of them being out of certain things. Last time I visited it was wings and drum legs and thighs. Stop.running out of stuff and order thr correct.inventory to avoid running out.

I went through the drive-through with a big order. As I'm placing my order I keep being told that they are either out of it, or that they no longer sell that item. One of the items that they no longer sell was on the menu. And apparently they ran out of chicken sandwiches that night. I ended up canceling my order and as I drove off I heard them laughing. They have horrible customer service. I ended up a Taco Bell that night. But the next time I want chicken I'll go to popeyes.

Sounds like a car pulled in front of you and got your order or somebody left without picking up their orde I've never had my order wrong here on South High.
