I absolutely love orange theory the coaches at Lewis center are very respectful and fun. The more you go the more of a connection you make not only with the coaches but other people as well which creates more people to fuel your drive.

As a member of the front desk staff, my mission is to make sure that everyone gets the greatest benefit they can out of there experience here. The coaches do a great job of delivering the workouts in a motivational way. The workouts are as challenging as you need them to be. The coaches have been great with accomidations for injuries, conditions, or even days where you just need to pull back the intensity, while still enabling you to get a good workout in. As a staff, we are always trying to make sure the building is clean and well maintained. OTF, at some level, can be for everyone.

“I can’t wait to wake up at 5:30am and workout at 6:15am”… something I never ever would have dreamed of saying before joining OTF Lewis Center in Oct 2017. But now, I honestly don’t remember what it was like without OTF as part of my weekly routine. If anything, I've had to scale back from going just to give my body a day of rest when my brain tells me "go, go, go". The staff are friendly, the coaches are A+++, the music is dance worthy, but the workout? The workout is AMAZING. Prior to joining, I often found myself bored and unmotivated in a gym setting. No longer the case. I love that every class is different. They are challenging, but can accommodate all fitness levels. I've hit personal goals on the treadmill, rower, and weight floor that I never would have imagined hitting prior to OTF. Trainers will work with you to provide modifications if needed while on the weight floor- a plus for someone with a nagging reoccurring shoulder injury. I highly recommend OTF to anyone. Give it a shot and you’ll understand why some many are dedicated to Orange Theory workouts. The only thing you may regret is not joining sooner.

I love OTF Lewis Center! The staff is amazing and coaches Britt, Brandi and John will kick your butt. Growing up as an athlete and trying different work outs, Orange Theory is the only 1 hour work out that consistently challenges me. The workouts are never the same so I am never bored, which tends to happen in a gym. Be aware once your try a class you will be hooked!

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
